US Fidelis(broker) scam artist..sold me a additional 100,000 miles extended warranty on my 2006 Dodge Mega cab truck when it was all said and done it was only 45,000 additional and guess who they used Warranty Direct (SCAM ARTIST)..I purchased new car coverage for $2832.00 ..first time I tried to use it I have no such coverage..million phone calls later they decided they had messed up and would straighten the problem..verified the info with me and sent new info packet..used again didn't want to honor the warranty wanted to put some part on that didnt even fit my truck after big fight...finally honored and now I discover that I don't have an additional 1000,000 miles as sold just 100,000 miles period

Warranty Direct has never been affiliated with US Fidelis so I am not sure how Warranty Direct scammed you. The record is certainly out on US Fidelis being less than honest.
