I had a contract with Warranty Direct for a liitle over 4 years with 46000 miles left on the contract. I didn't have any issues with filing claims but what I did have an issue with was when I sold my car. I was told to fill out the cancellation form and have it notarized. I faxed the forms to them and followed up to find out what my refund would be. I was told no refund was due. I asked if they could email me a breakdown of the calculations....

I have a 2008 BMW 750Li.I purchase coverage a couple of months ago. I had to wait the 1st 30 days before coverage kicked in. However the 1st claim a tried i had transmission failure. The worst warranty to purchase. My car has been in the shop twice and each time the part is not covered. I called to inquire about the repair not being covered and I was told that I was covered under a different coverage. Wrong I have all my verifications stating what I am covered under. DO NOT BUY A WARRANTY FROM WARRANTY DIRECT OR THEIR PARENT INTERSTATE NATIONAL DEALER SERVICES. they are horrible and do not pay what is required to actually have your car repaired. They are a blindsided business and don't pay like they supposed but instead try to convince me that I was over charged.what bmw shop you know charges under 100 dollars for labor. Nor in my contract does it states a reasonable price for parts.

I have a powertrain enhanced warranty and they won't fix my car. I'm paying and the seal and gaskets are leaking causing my car to smoke and they could careless if the engine blows. I would not recommend them to anyone.
