I work in an auto repair shop.A customer was in need of a new transmission and had a warranty with this company.

We called for approval, then a few days later the customer called to find out if it had been approved, Warranty direct failed to tell the shop of the approval for less than half of the bill, so the customer had to pay most of the bill after paying for this joke of a warranty. We got the job done and then had to start jumping through hoops to get the approved payment. Fax the info, call, they need something else, get that, fax info, call, they need something else, fax the info wait a few more hours, etc etc.

The customer is still waiting for the car since we haven't been paid by their bogus warranty.DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY
