Warranty direct tells you they are the administrator.which is not true.

they sell Interstate Nationsl Dealer Services or INDS Warranties. There are other companies like GREENLIGHT, ACCESS, AND AA AUTO PROTECTION to name a few that sell INDS warranties, for a lot cheaper and in some cases a better coverage. with Warranty direct after 50k miles. you cannot get an exclusionary coverage(bumper to bumper).

withe greenlight you can still get exclusionary coverage depending on year of vehicle. with warranty direct if your vehicle is 3 or more years old or over 36k miles you cannot get long term coverage like 5-7 yrs. if you want an interstate product call these other companies and compare and I guarantee you will not purchase from warranty direct.

P.S.

these other companies are brokers so they have other administrators.you have to specifically ask for an INDS product when you get a quote.

Right, but they charge more than buying through a broker and its not worth the extra money. They also stopped paying claims as honestly as they did in the past
