I sold my car that had a warranty and have been trying to transfer the warranty to the new owner for 3 months to no avail. I sent them, via certified mail, the signed transfer form and transfer fee.

Despite cashing the check, they still have not transferred the warranty.

I have another warranty with this company that I am now canceling.

I fully expect them to play games with the refund so I fully intend to sue them if so. I'm an attorney so I know how to handle these things, but I feel aweful for all the consumers who get treated like this.

Review about: Warranty Direct Warranty.

Just curious as to how your situation turned out. Have you successfully pursued this in court, or did Warranty finally transfer the warranty to the new owner, and give you your refund?

It's been exactly 2 months since your original post. What happened?
