I sold my car that had a warranty and have been trying to transfer the warranty to the new owner for 3 months to no avail.I sent them, via certified mail, the signed transfer form and transfer fee.
Despite cashing the check, they still have not transferred the warranty.
I have another warranty with this company that I am now canceling.
I fully expect them to play games with the refund so I fully intend to sue them if so.I'm an attorney so I know how to handle these things, but I feel aweful for all the consumers who get treated like this.
