im not going to bore you with all the nonsense they put me through, they charged me 850.00pound for my 645, 5months down the line i had a problem with the engine, and they made me send them all my service history, they then sent a engineer that disagreed with bmw main dealers decision, then they changed their mind saying that it wasn't a sudden breakdown, they left me with expensive 3000 pound repair, they will try anything to refuse authorization, be very careful, STAY WELL AWAYY, they are a absolute rip off. They make me sick. PLEASE PLEASE STAY AWAY
